We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.
15-Day Exchange or Refund
Items may be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of purchase, provided you have your original receipt and the item still has all manufacturer’s tags and labels attached.
Irregular Items
Products marked as IRREGULAR are eligible for exchange only — either for a different size, or for store credit. Irregular items cannot be refunded.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Final Sale items
- Washed or worn items
- Worn boots or worn footwear
Defective Items
If your product is defective, we’ll make it right. Defective returns require your original receipt and all original packaging and boxes.
